How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $14.99.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We email your tracking details as soon as the supplier provides them.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

Our products are fulfilled by partner suppliers and shipped directly to you, so items in one order can ship separately.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help. Orders are passed to suppliers quickly, so changes may not be possible once an order is being processed.
