Orders are fulfilled by our partner suppliers and shipped directly to you. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-20 business days of dispatch. The estimate depends on the product and where it ships from. Delays can occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Shipping cost: free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $14.99.

Tracking: we email your tracking details as soon as the supplier provides them.

Customs and duties: international orders may be subject to import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
